Golden Cooking Program 6 Nights

This program is a full immersion in the Amalfi Coast way of life! You will visit a local farm for your own fresh produce, cook up a feast with me, Chef Carmen and enjoy a tour of Pompeii, Capri and Amalfi Coast.

Day 1

  • Pickup from the Naples airport or train station
  • Arrival at your selected property where you check in
  • Time on your own
  • 7:30 welcome dinner with Chef Carmen

Day 2

  • 10:00 am pick up to a local farm, where they have been producing top quality olive oil for years, and mozzarella cheese . A light lunch including this wonderfully fresh cheese follows, along with a tasting of olive oil and the tasty limoncello liqueur. Small but exlcusive Leather factory visit. Afternoon of relaxation
  • This evening at 4.00 PM, your first cooking lesson with Chef Carmen, followed by dinner

Day 3

  • At 8.30 pick up directly from your hotel to visit the beautiful amalfi coast. Lunch on your own. Back at 4.00 pm
  • This evening at 5.00 PM, your second cooking lesson with Chef Carmen, followed by dinner

Day 4

  • At 10:00 am pick up from your hotel to visit a winery with wine tasting and lunch
  • Return at the hotel
  • Pick up at 7:30 .Dinner tonight in one of the Best Restaurant in the world Don Alfonso 1890 in S.Agata sui due Golfi

Day 5

  • Today will be a full-day visit to the enchanting isle of Capri
  • Lunch will be on your own
  • Tonight Pizza dinner in Sorrento with chef Carmen

Day 6

  • At 10:00 am third cooking class with lunch to follow based on your efforts
  • Afternoon on your own. Perhaps take an optional tour to Pompeii (for an additional transportation cost)
  • Dinner on your own

Day 7

  • Departure from the hotel to the Naples airport or train station

Price per person without accomodation:

  • € 1600 Low Season (March, April, October, November)
  • € 1900 High Season (May, June, July, August, September)

Price per person with accomodation:

  • Luxury option (Oasi Olimpia, Relais Chateaux Don Alfonso, Hotel Royal Sorrento): 600,00 Euros extra per person per stay
  • Standard option (Villa Titina or Sorrento B&B 500,00 Euros per person extra per stay
