Indulge yourself by booking our half day Neapolitan Pastry class on your next Amalfi Coast vacation!
Held in kitchen of the enchanting resort Oasi Olimpia, this class is your chance to learn the art of making delicious true Neapolitan cakes from experienced Chef Carmen.
You can try your hands at preparing e traditional tiramisu or a lemon tiramisu, warm heart chocolate, choux pastry among other delights.
The half-day course is approximately two hours in length and is held right in the comfort of the beautiful spot of the Oasi Olimpia Relais, set in a panoramic position between the Sorrento ant the Amalfi Coast.
At the end of the work you will taste your cake under the flowered patio accompanied by an Italian champagne glass.
The class is available for a minimum of 4 participants. On request we can arrange a transfer service from/to your accommodation.
